Orthocure Products Pvt Ltd is part of Orthocure Group of Company founded on June 3, 2013, OrthocureGroup is India’s first and only organization focused on manufacturing cutting-edge medical devices and building specialty clinics to solve orthopaedic problems.
The company specializes in the design and production of advanced medical devices across five domains: orthopaedics, physiotherapy, chiropractic, medical exercise science, and orthotics/prosthetics.

Founder and Leadership Team

Mr. Sunil Baijal – Founder and Managing Director

A mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from FMS, University of Delhi, Mr. Baijal brings over three decades of leadership experience. After working with Escorts Ltd, BHEL, and Deutsche Bank, he co-founded Futures First in 2004, steering it into a global leader in financial trading. Driven by a passion for improving healthcare, he founded Orthocure in 2013, combining entrepreneurial innovation with a focus on orthopaedic solutions.

Mr. Tejwant Singh – Co-Founder and Head of Production

A seasoned mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in reputed organizations like LML and Moser Baer, Mr. Singh oversees Orthocure’s Development & manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to international quality standards.

  • Manufacturing & Operations

    Orthocure manufactures high-quality medical devices, including MedX machines used for treating back, neck, and other orthopaedic conditions. MedX machines are developed in collaboration with a German company to meet stringent quality standards for export to Europe and North America. Orthocure is also India’s only manufacturer of chiropractic devices, catering to international markets, and also produces physiotherapy and orthotics equipment.

    The company operates from two manufacturing facilities in Gurugram. In future,it plans to expand into Hip, Knee, Spinal and Trauma implants production.

  • Specialty Clinics and Gyms

    Orthocure Healthcare, a group company, is building India’s first chain of specialty clinics for solving orthopaedic problems, integrating multiple sciences under one roof to treat conditions like back pain, arthritis, and sports injuries. It has three clinics in Gurgaon and is expanding nationwide through a franchise model. Additionally, Orthocure is pioneering specialized gyms for needs of individuals aged 40-90 years, offering customised equipment and therapy supervised by physiotherapists.
